Can I return / get a refund for a custom (personalized) product?
Customized products are made to your specifications and are personalized/exclusive, so they generally do not accept unconditional returns or exchanges. Returns/exchanges are accepted only for:
- ✓ Product quality issues (material defects, manufacturing errors, damage, etc.)
- ✓ Products significantly different from the order description / customized specifications
- ✓ Damage caused during shipping
